Located in Dubai Investments Park and opened in 2006, the AED 500 million Ewan Residences community consists of 85 buildings comprising one and two-bedroom apartments spread across two million square-feet. The development also includes a selection of specialty retail services for the more than 2,000 residents.
Saleh Abdullah Lootah, Executive Director of Lootah Real Estate Development said: “When we unveiled Ewan Residences just over ten years ago, it offered investors and residents an unprecedented level of affordable luxury with premium finishings, amenities and high-quality construction. As we do with each our properties, once construction phase is complete we do not walk away; we continually engage with owners and residents to ensure that our developments continue to offer competitive and attractive features and remain a community our residents are proud to call ‘home.’”
The renovation plan came during the company’s annual meeting with Ewan Residences leaseholders and residents. “Feedback from our community is critical to us, and helps us maintain our position as the leading mid-luxury property developer in the region. By listening to the people who buy and live in our communities, we become fully aware of the changing needs of our residents, and we remain focused on the improvement of their lives and well-being,” added Mr. Lootah.
